1 General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all access to and use of the xbajee apk website, mobile application, and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any promotional features offered by the Platform. 1.1 Acceptance of Terms

1.3 Platform Availability

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain an account on xbajee apk, you must satisfy all of the eligibility criteria set out below. xbajee apk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility criteria are not met.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make any deposit, or place any wager on xbajee apk. 18+ This requirement is strictly enforced. 2.2 One Account Per Player

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Players are encouraged to complete KYC as early as possible to avoid delays when submitting withdrawal requests.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbajee apk login credentials. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. xbajee apk reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected. Players may not withdraw funds that originated from an incomplete bonus wagering requirement — see Section 4 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

3.4 Transaction Disputes

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by xbajee apk are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in that bonus's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of bonus activation. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within this period results in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

4.4 Responsible Bonus Use

Players who have activated the self-exclusion tool or set a deposit limit lower than the minimum qualifying deposit for a bonus will not be eligible to claim that bonus until their responsible gaming restrictions are amended. xbajee apk will not override player-set responsible gaming tools for the purpose of bonus eligibility.

5 Betting & Casino Rules

5.2 Casino Game Rules

5.3 Void Bets and Game Malfunctions

6 Responsible Gaming

8.2 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and that you are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made through your xbajee apk account. xbajee apk is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your wagering activity, regardless of the circumstances under which those wagers were placed.

8.3 Third-Party Services

9 Amendments & Termination

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players who continue to use xbajee apk following any update are deemed to have accepted the revised terms.

9.1 Account Termination by Player

You may close your xbajee apk account at any time by contacting [email protected] or via live chat. Upon request, any remaining balance in your wallet (after deduction of any uncleared bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days. Account closure requests are processed during BST business hours (09:00–20:00).

9.2 Account Termination by xbajee apk

xbajee apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any term of this Agreement
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonus terms

9.3 Surviving Clauses

The following sections of this Agreement survive account closure or termination: Section 4 (Bonuses & Promotions — dispute resolution), Section 7 (Intellectual Property), Section 8 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 9.3 (Surviving Clauses). These obligations remain in force regardless of how the account relationship ends.
